How To Clean And Disinfect Cutting Boards

1. Wood Chopping Board: After Cutting Meat And Seafood, It Is Recommended To Wash Away The Blood With Cold Water As Soon As Possible To Prevent Protein From Coagulating In The Gaps In The Wood. It Is Recommended That After Daily Use And Cleaning, You Can Sprinkle Salt Or Scrub With Baking Soda And Then Disinfect With Hot Water. After Washing, Hang It To Dry On Both Sides To Prevent The Wood From Becoming Moldy. If You Want To Clean It Thoroughly, Sprinkle Baking Soda Powder On The Cutting Board, Spray It With White Vinegar, And Finally Rinse It With Water And Air-Dry It.

2. Bamboo Cutting Board: The Treated Bamboo Cutting Board Has High Hardness And Is Less Likely To Leave Knife Marks. Therefore, After Use, You Can Directly Use A Sponge Dipped In Dishwashing Detergent Or Baking Soda To Scrub And Air Dry. If You Want To Disinfect, You Can Spray White Vinegar On A Towel Or Kitchen Towel And Leave It For 10 Minutes, Then Rinse With Water And Dry Thoroughly.

3. Strengthened Glass Cutting Board: Strengthened Glass Is Less Likely To Produce Knife Marks. It Is Recommended To Scrub It With A Sponge Dipped In Dishwashing Detergent After Use And Let It Air Dry. If The Dirt Is Obvious, Wash It With Hot Water And Air Dry It.

4. Plastic Cutting Board: After Use, You Can Dip A Sponge Into Dishwashing Detergent And Scrub Along The Direction Of The Knife Marks To Remove Dirt. If You Want To Thoroughly Disinfect The Cutting Board, It Is Recommended To Use Bleach Diluted With 3 Times Of Water, Wet It With A Towel Or Kitchen Towel, Place It On The Plastic Cutting Board For At Least 20 Minutes, And Then Rinse It With Plenty Of Water.
